Acroyoga is a 75 minutes physical practice which blends yoga, healing arts and acrobatics. It’s usually done with another person or people, and the more complicated moves usually include a spotter as well. You do not to be a master gymnast, circus acrobat, or seasoned yogi to enjoy. Acroyoga can be great for couples, friends and parents and kids to learn, as it fosters trust and encourages activity together.

Some of the benefits of practicing yoga during pregnancy include; develops stamina and strength, balance, relieves tension of lower back, hips, chest, upper back, neck and shoulders, and calms the nervous system.

Our Sveda class combines different yoga styles and it’s done in a heated room for 60 minutes only. Our Sveda classes are taught by several teachers with different styles of teaching. Many have said Sveda’s class is more challenging, if compared to Bikram class. For those who like to explore challenging postures this class might be perfect for you. We have Sveda everyday at Dharmawangsa’s studio.

What is Bikram Yoga?

Bikram Yoga is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing techniques designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During this 90-minute class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of well being.
